Once the diagnostic test has been administered to different departments of the organization or to the entire enterprise we suggest course corrections where needed.

How? By looking at the 10 factors that make for a best-in-class innovation-driven enterprise we select with you the 2-3 areas that you wish to place interventions and suggest one or two half-day idea generating sessions custom-designed to your business model (your sandbox) and your corporate needs.
