This course will help you learn how to apply creative approaches to generate true innovation.

Objectives:

  • Understand the relationship between creativity and innovation
  • Use a robust business model to evaluate your own organization and initiatives against nine critical inputs to your operation
  • Learn how to generate creative ideas for each of the nine parts of this business model.
  • Explore the Innovation Assessor, a tool that measures an organization’s innovation climate and propensity for innovation.
  • How to win in the shark-tank
